How do we protect products shipped by post or courier?
This is a very common question because, in most cases, if products are not packaged properly, they may arrive at their destination damaged. This can be prevented by making sure that a few simple steps are followed.
Here are some tips to ensure that products shipped by post or courier arrive at their destination undamaged:
1. Use strong outer packaging made from durable materials. The heavier and larger the products being transported, the stronger the packaging needs to be. Some durable packaging solutions we offer include: folding wooden crates, oversized industrial wooden packaging, retention cardboard boxes or standard cardboard boxes.

2. Choose the correct packaging size according to the products being transported. Packaging that is too large or too small can lead to product damage. Use boxes that are slightly larger than the products and fill the empty space in the box with polystyrene chips or polystyrene beads.3. If you need to ship several products in the same box, we recommend wrapping each product separately before placing them in the box. This helps ensure that the products do not hit one another, reducing the risk of cracks or scratches. Some of the products we recommend include: small bubble wrap, large bubble wrap, expanded polyethylene film, expanded polyethylene sheets or bubble wrap bags.

4. Seal the box containing the products securely. It is important to make sure that all edges have been sealed with strong adhesive tape to ensure that the package will not open during transport. We can recommend our range of adhesive tapes, which includes standard adhesive tapes and custom-printed adhesive tapes, as well as the adhesive tape dispenser that will save you time when packaging the box. If you need to send several boxes to the same address, we recommend sending them separately or packing them all in a larger box.

5. To protect small products with an irregular shape or sharp corners, we recommend using padded envelopes. These envelopes are lined so that the products transported inside them benefit from greater protection.
6. Choose the most suitable packaging for your products. The type of product being shipped will determine the type of packaging you need. For example, products containing liquids or water, such as flowers, require packaging that prevents leaks. If you are shipping very fragile products, we also recommend using custom-printed adhesive tape displaying the word “Fragile” or indicating on the box that it contains fragile products.
