CASH PAYMENT

Cash payment is made upon delivery of the parcel by the express courier company. The receipt will be issued by the courier delivering the parcel. Before placing your order, the shopping cart will calculate and display the exact value of the products and the related transport costs.
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT (21%).

CARD PAYMENT

The online store www.inatech-shop.ro is 3D Secure certified by VISA and MasterCard for online transactions with any bank card issued by any bank under the VISA and MASTERCARD logos. Payment by bank card is a simple and secure option for making online payments.
Important! No additional commission is charged for bank card payments!
The online store www.inatech-shop.ro uses the services of ING Bank and the MobilPay platform (Netopia Payments) for online transactions. Payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that provides confidentiality, safety and simplicity when purchasing products and services online. Your card details go directly to the bank, and no one else has access to them.

In order to complete the transaction properly, you will need to provide:

1. The cardholder’s name;

2. The card number printed on the front of the card, consisting of the 4 groups of digits shown on the card, without spaces between them;

3. The card expiry date printed on the front of the card;

4. The CVV code printed on the back of the card, meaning the last three digits on the signature strip;

Transactions will be carried out in lei, regardless of the type of card used for payment, according to the terms agreed with the bank that issued your card.

How do I pay online?

BY BANK TRANSFER

After placing an order on www.inatech-shop.ro, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the order and to receive all the details required for making the bank transfer. Payment must be made in advance, within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the order date, into the Seller’s bank account opened with ING Bank or UniCredit Bank.
It is important to mention the order number and date on the payment order, so that your payment can be correctly assigned to your order. The products will be delivered after confirmation that the order value has been received in the Seller’s account. Failure to pay the order value within the specified period will automatically lead to cancellation of the order.

PAYMENT TERM

Payment term is granted based on a history of at least 5 orders with values over 1,000 lei including VAT each, and depending on the rating granted by the insurer. INATECH PACKAGING has all receivables insured by Euler Hermes.
