Semiautomatic Bag Packaging Machine, Audion Speedpack 300 TableTop
The Speedpack 300 TableTop Packaging Machine is a compact piece of equipment for packaging products in pre-opened bags on a roll, designed for companies looking to move from manual packaging to a faster semiautomatic process. Its tabletop format allows easy integration into warehouses, picking areas, e-commerce operations, and production environments.
Operation is fully electric, with no need for a compressed air supply. The operator loads the product, and the machine presents and opens the bag for filling, reducing repetitive movements and helping achieve a more consistent workflow.
Benefits and Productivity
The Speedpack 300 TableTop can process up to 20 bags per minute without printing and up to 15 bags per minute with coding. The 7-inch color touchscreen allows up to 50 recipes to be stored, so settings for different products or batches can be accessed quickly.
The machine can operate automatically, manually, or with a foot pedal. The integrated support plate can be adjusted to five angles for easier loading and improved bag positioning in the sealing area.
