OFFICIAL RULES of the “Buy more, pay less” campaign

Organized by INATECH Packaging S.R.L.

Art. 1 Organizer

1.1. The organizer of the “Buy more, pay less” campaign is INATECH Packaging S.R.L., registered with the Bucharest Trade Register Office under no. J2012002842230, unique registration code RO27835240, with registered office at Str. Tudor Vladimirescu No. 393, Domnești, Ilfov, and with the INATECH Packaging working point located at Str. Tudor Vladimirescu No. 393, Domnești, Ilfov.

1.2. The campaign will be carried out according to the provisions of these Rules, which are mandatory for all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules during the Campaign, with the obligation to officially inform the public on the website inatech-shop.ro. Such changes will be made public at least 24 hours before they enter into force.

The Campaign Rules will be available on the website inatech-shop.ro.

Art. 2 Campaign implementation

2.1. The campaign is organized and carried out exclusively on the website inatech-shop.ro. The campaign consists of granting progressive discounts, ranging from 2% to 15%, within the limit of available stock.

Art. 3 Right to participate

3.1. The campaign is addressed to all natural and legal persons.

3.2. By participating in the Campaign, Participants confirm that they are aware of the provisions of the Rules and express their agreement with them. Participation in this campaign implies the obligation to comply with the provisions of these Rules.

Art. 4 Campaign period

4.1. The campaign will take place between 15.05.2026 and 15.06.2026.

Art. 5 Information for Participants regarding the processing of personal data

5.1. These Rules are available to any interested person or authority and may be consulted free of charge on inatech-shop.ro.

5.2. Participation in the Campaign implies the obligation to comply with the provisions of these Rules.

5.3. In order to organize this Campaign, the Organizer needs to process the Participants’ personal data, namely: last name, first name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number. The legal basis for the processing is represented by the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 regarding the protection of personal data, namely: “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”.

5.4. Participants have free access to the personal data collected or processed by the Organizer, by means of a written, dated and signed request addressed to INATECH Packaging, located at Str. Tudor Vladimirescu No. 393, Domnești, Ilfov, or sent by e-mail to [email protected]. Participants have the right to intervene regarding their personal data and may, as applicable, request the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with the applicable legal provisions, especially incomplete or inaccurate data. Under the conditions above, Participants may also request that data whose processing does not comply with the law be transformed into anonymous data, and have the right to object at any time, on well-founded and legitimate grounds related to their particular situation, to the processing of data concerning them, except where contrary legal provisions exist.

Art. 6 Disputes

6.1. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

Art. 7 Final provisions

7.1. By registering for the Campaign, Participants agree to the provisions of these Rules.

7.2. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any disputes regarding ownership rights over the prizes valid in the Campaign.

7.3. If the organization of the Campaign is prevented by force majeure events, the Organizer reserves the right to decide, as applicable, to end, extend or postpone it.
